Princess Vs. Princess
--
Episode #201>
It's the day of the Princess Festival, a day where all women are honored with special prizes, discounts and sales. Ash, Pikachu and Brock are incredibly bored as they follow Misty around stores and carry all her bags. James and Meowth are no better off, forced to watch Jessie try on dozens of outfits. Later on, in the park, Jessie shows off gifts she bought for the Team Rocket boss to James and Meowth. A Lickitung suddenly shows up, and eats all the gift baskets Jessie bought. She captures Lickitung in a Poke-Ball, promising to deal with it later. At yet another sale, Misty battles with other girls for a dress and finds herself fighting with Jessie over the same dress. The two begin to settle it over a Pokemon Battle, but someone else snags the dress. Jessie and Misty try to figure out a way to settle things when it is announced there will be a beauty pagent to crown the Queen of the Princess Festival. Jessie and Misty rush to sign up and enter the pagent. However, once they get to the pagent, they find that it is really a full out Pokemon battle. The grand prize is one of a kind Princess Pokemon Dolls, which both Misty and Jessie desperatly want. Misty borrow's Ash's Bulbasaur and Pikachu and Brock's Vulpix to enter the match, while Jessie uses her Arbok, James's Weezing and drags Meowth into battle too. Each girl battles up an opponent ladder, until they are the last two trainers left. Pikachu makes quick work of Arbok, Weezing and Meowth. Jessie is about to lose, when she remembers she has Lickitung. She calls out Lickitung, who Licks Pikachu, Bulbasaur and Vulpix, making them Dizzy and unable to battle. Misty prepares to use her last Pokemon, Starmie, but Psyduck pops up instead. Lickitung's Lick has no effect on Psyduck. Lickitung slaps Psyduck around until its headache gets so bad, it uses a Psychic Attack and tosses Lickitung and Team Rocket out of the ring. Misty wins the contest and the Princess Pokemon Dolls, which she ships back to the Cerulean Gym to make her sisters jealous. Outside of town, James and Meowth try to make Jessie feel better by dressing up as dolls.
